

近日,304永利集团专业建设工作研讨会在现代教育中心召开。公司党总支书记杨萍,经理黄凌翔,副书记孔伟,副经理李光旻、谭立峰出席,土木与环境工程系王岱、刘建明及副系主任刘今朝、曹晓畅,建筑与风景园林系系主任唐浩、阎淑龙及副系主任刘芳、纪茜,教学办全体成员,党政办与学办相关负责人参加。会议由黄凌翔经理主持,旨在全面总结2020-2025年办学成果,梳理专业建设经验,破解教学难题,推动国际化办学质量再上新台阶。
Recently, the ISE convened a seminar on programme development at the Modern Education Centre. Attendees included Yang Ping, Secretary of the ISE Party Committee; Huang Lingxiang, Dean; Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary; and Vice-Deans Li Guangmin and Tan Lifeng. Also present were Wang Dai and Liu Jianming from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, alongside Deputy Heads Liu Zhaojiao and Cao Xiaochang; Department of Architecture and Landscape Architecture Head Tang Hao, Yan Shulong, and Deputy Heads Liu Fang and Ji Qian, alongside all members of the Teaching Office and relevant personnel from the Party-Administration Office and Student Affairs Office. Chaired by Dean Huang Lingxiang, the meeting aimed to comprehensively review the achievements of the 2020-2025 academic period, consolidate expertise in programme development, address teaching challenges, and elevate the quality of international education to new heights.
会上,八位专业系主任按序作工作汇报,系统呈现了公司成立以来来办学成效与特色亮点。围绕教学管理、国际交流、联合毕业答辩、人才招聘四大核心板块,各专业系主任通过数据对比、案例展示等方式,重点分享了中外协同治理、双学位培养、跨时区教学衔接等特色经验。通过构建国际化教学体系、推行联合指导模式、强化质量保障机制,各专业均实现了人才培养质量的稳步提升,毕业生在升学、就业等方面均取得亮眼成绩,充分展现了中外合作办学的独特优势。
At the meeting, eight department heads delivered work reports in sequence, systematically presenting the ISE's educational achievements and distinctive highlights since its establishment. Focusing on four core areas—teaching management, international exchange, joint graduation defence, and student recruitment and employment—each department head shared specialised experiences through data comparisons and case studies. These included collaborative governance between Chinese and international partners, dual-degree programmes, and cross-time-zone teaching coordination. Through establishing internationalised teaching systems, implementing joint supervision models, and strengthening quality assurance mechanisms, all programmes have achieved steady improvements in talent cultivation quality. Graduates have attained impressive results in further studies and employment, fully demonstrating the unique advantages of Sino-foreign cooperative education.
汇报环节后,各系主任立足办学实践,分别提出了针对性意见与建议。针对办学过程中面临的资源配置、员工能力提升、校企及国际合作深化等共性难题,与会人员展开了深入研讨,并汇聚成强化教学支撑保障、优化人才培养环节、拓展合作交流维度等系列共识,确保培养方案既契合国际合作办学标准,又紧密贴合员工学习实际与行业人才需求;通过搭建家校沟通桥梁,畅通信息传递渠道,凝聚家校协同育人合力;整合公司、企业、行业等多方资源,联动拓宽就业渠道、搭建优质就业平台;强化留学升学规划引导,提供精准指导与资源支撑等。这些针对性建议为教学改进明确了方向。
Following the reporting session, department heads drew upon practical educational experience to offer targeted recommendations. Attendees engaged in thorough discussions regarding common challenges encountered in programme delivery, including resource allocation, student capability enhancement, and deepening industry-academia and international collaborations. This culminated in a series of shared understandings: strengthening teaching support systems, optimising talent development processes, and broadening cooperative exchange dimensions. These measures ensure the curriculum aligns with international co-operative education standards while closely matching students' learning realities and industry talent requirements. By establishing bridges for home-school communication and smoothing information channels, synergies in collaborative education between home and school were consolidated. Integration of resources from colleges, enterprises, and industries enabled coordinated efforts to broaden employment pathways and establish high-quality job platforms. Guidance on study abroad and further education planning was strengthened, providing precise direction and resource support. These targeted recommendations clarified the direction for teaching improvements.

Secretary Yang Ping and Dean Huang Lingxiang delivered concluding remarks, expressing heartfelt gratitude to all department heads for their dedicated efforts and achievements in program development.. They fully affirmed the unique path pioneered by the ISE as Tianjin's first Sino-Polish cooperative educational institution. They noted that the issues and suggestions raised during the meeting were practical and feasible. The ISE will systematically organize and integrate these inputs, strengthen institutional frameworks and resource support to ensure effective implementation of improvement measures. This will transform the meeting's outcomes into powerful momentum for enhancing the quality of international talent cultivation, enabling the college to take more solid strides in its ongoing commitment to deepening international education.The ISE has cultivated a cohort of versatile talents with both international perspectives and practical capabilities, which would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of all faculty members. Having successfully completed the full student training cycle, department heads played a crucial bridging role across all aspects: from admissions outreach and curriculum design to graduation projects and coordination with the partner institution. Looking ahead to 2026—the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan—we hope department heads will continue to embrace a sense of ownership, work together with determination, achieve new successes, help the ISE shine even brighter, and strive to build it into a benchmark for Sino-Polish educational cooperation.

This symposium served both as a comprehensive review of teaching work over the past and as a systematic planning exercise for future development. Through sharing experiences and jointly addressing challenges, the faculty further consolidated its educational consensus and clarified directions for improvement, thereby injecting robust momentum into subsequent efforts to refine talent cultivation models and enhance educational quality.
